1. Acceptance

MedFit Training and Education Center (“MedFit Center”) conditions the use of www.medfitcenter.org, operated by the MedFit Education Foundation (“Foundation”), on acceptance of the terms and conditions as set forth below. If you do not agree with each and all of these terms, do not use this site as they are expressly required for any such use. Your use of the site shall constitute an acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Event Cancellation Policy

For MedFit Center sponsored educational events that require a registration fee, cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Due to limited seating, cancellations made within 1 – 6 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but you will receive a credit that can be used toward another event or service at the MedFit Center. If you are a no-show/no-cancel for an event, you forfeit the registration fee and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. In the event MedFit Center has to cancel event, all registrants will be issued a full refund.

MedFit Center also offers our space for educational events sponsored and presented by outside organizations. For these events, registration will be off-site and registrants will abide by the sponsoring organization’s cancellation policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to images, videos, text, code, graphic designs, and logos are the sole property of MedFit Center. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, display, or creation of derivative materials is prohibited and could subject you to civil and/or criminal liability. Your use of the site does not create any interest in the intellectual property of MedFit Center. You agree that you have no authority to use the content of the site for any purpose other than those expressly provided on www.medfitcenter.org.

4. Use of Your Information

We may send you emails and other direct communications regarding our events and services. If you do not wish to receive further information from Center, you can utilize the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our emails, or send us an e-mail at info@medfitcenter.org and tell us that you do not want to receive future communications.

5. Links to Other Websites

Links to other websites may appear on this site. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MedFit Center has no control over any such linked websites and is not responsible for and does not endorse or guarantee the content or services offered through such websites in any way. By accessing such websites, you do so at your own risk.

6. Code of Conduct

In using the site, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and comply with community standards of decency in your activities. You agree that you will defend and indemnify MedFit Center and its representatives and agents for any and all claims, demands, causes of action, lawsuits arising out of your use of the site to the full extent authorized by law. Such indemnity shall include the payment of attorneys’ fees to MedFit Center’s counsel of choice for defense of said claim.
