Mike is a Certified Fitness Specialist & Personal Trainer, Certified Integrative Health Coach and Medical Fitness Specialist. He is trained to work with clients who have a variety of chronic, progressive and degenerative diseases. He believes in empowering clients to make lasting and sustainable lifestyle changes in order to create better health outcomes.

Mike finds applying his knowledge of motivational interviewing (MI) and lifestyle medicine deeply rewarding. MI has allowed him to gain valuable insight into the client’s lived experience, in order to provide the best possible experience and find their true strength. With leadership roles in multiple member interest groups of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), he gains knowledge from clinical and academic experts, which then can be implemented directly with clients when appropriate. He strives to be a positive change maker and looks forward to earning your confidence and trust.

A devotion to a life well lived, his family, his friends, his community and improving healthcare delivery through fitness, is what makes Mike excited to get up every day.
