Dr. Collin Monty is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy who prioritizes patient education and lifestyle changes. With a passion for movement and fitness, Dr. Monty brings a unique perspective to his practice, integrating his love for sports and activity into his patient care. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys playing basketball, surfing, and golfing, which helps him stay active and connected to the sports community.

Dr. Monty treats all joint pain, movement dysfunction, sports performance, stroke recovery and Parkinson’s Disease.

Physical Therapy Session Pricing

START Members: $180 per PT session – see below for details on START membership
Non-members: $240 per PT session

Save with a START Membership! If you plan to schedule PT services more than twice per month, enrolling in the START membership program will be your most economical option.

START Membership Pricing:  $120 per month + one-time $60 enrollment fee
*For MedFit Personal Training clients, the enrollment fee is waived.

Family plan also available: Additional $80/month for spouse; additional $25/month per child under 18 (maximum 2 adults & 2 children per family).

Insurance: We do not take insurance. We believe treatment plans should be created based on the needs of the client and not dictated by insurance companies. But we do provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Call your insurance provider to find out if they will reimburse you for your session. Insurance plans vary greatly so contact your provider beforehand.
