Dr. Alan Lee treats patients with a whole-body approach, promoting more awareness in the body so that posture and movement occur more efficiently and subconsciously. He treats individuals for musculoskeletal pain, breathing dysfunction, vestibular rehab, sports performance and gait training.

His primary focus has become education from the Postural Restoration Institute, which focuses utilizing breathing techniques to address an asymmetrical body and treat pain. Dr. Lee integrates PRI with sports performance as well as treating chronic pain. He is the only certified PRI therapist in Orange County.

Insurance: We do not take insurance. We believe treatment plans should be created based on the needs of the client and not dictated by insurance companies. But we do provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Call your insurance provider to find out if they will reimburse you for your session.
