What Our Scholarship Recipients Are Saying...

The Center is like no other fitness facility out there. It is warm and inviting. The trainers have all the qualities you would want: educated, experienced, motivating, caring and patient! Their priority, and that of the Center, is to teach and help you how to reach your health goals. Additionally, they also specialize in individuals with medical challenges. I highly recommend the MedFit Center!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! I've been working with Kareem for a while now, he's incredibly encouraging, friendly, and makes every workout session something to look forward to. He customizes every session to fit my needs and goals, and pushes me just the right amount. I've gotten stronger almost every week and have been consistently increasing the weights on all of my exercises but he never forgets to ensure that I'm performing the exercises correctly and safely.

This place is AMAZING! Everything is state of the art and so serene. You walk in there and everything is clean and like no fitness center I’ve been to before. I checked out a lot of places and this is by far the best. It’s been a couple months and I am working out with the awesome trainer Kareem. He has helped bring my training to a whole new level. I have never felt so strong and had so much energy andddd I actually enjoy working out now. (Never thought I’d write that) Kareem Is amazing so far as being patient and still pushing me to what he knows I can do.
