Michele is a Certified Personal Trainer, Accountability Coach and Menopause Wellness Specialist, and experienced Menopause participant. Michele is trained to work with those with mobility issues, post surgery (knee/hip replacements, breast implants), spinal fusions/laminectomy and perimenopause/menopause.

Michele’s mission is to educate and change the lives of those 50+ folks who are feeling stuck! Improving your health can change the state of your mind and your body. There never is a perfect time. The time is when you are ready, when you’re tired of feeling tired. There will be setbacks at times, but you will learn a process that will fit your lifestyle. When Michele is not helping clients find their balance and work WITH their bodies, you can find her walking or hiking with her dog, riding her road bike, paddleboarding or her newfound passion, mountain biking.
